Moritz Rodenkirchen
Moritz received his Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from WU Vienna and spent an exchange semester at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). Before starting his PhD studies, he gained professional experience at a medium-sized chemical company, as well as in M&A advisory and management consulting. He also worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at WU.
Moritz’s research interests center on empirical asset pricing, with a particular focus on expectation formation among different market participants and how these expectations shape market outcomes.
In his free time, Moritz enjoys running, cycling, and going to the gym, as well as exploring restaurants and cafés around Vienna. He also likes reading books and newspapers.
