“Distinguished Paper Prize” for Christian Wagner

Chris­tian Wag­ner, VGSF fac­ulty mem­ber, has won the “Dis­tin­guished Pa­per Prize” of the Journal of Fin­ances. His pa­per “What is the Ex­pec­ted Re­turn on a Stock” which he co-au­thored with Ian W.R. Martin, was awar­ded at this year’s AFA con­fer­ence in San Diego at the be­gin­ning of Janu­ary 2020. The Journal of Fin­ance is widely regarded as one of the most im­port­ant journ­als in fin­ance.
