Danis András

Born in Slovakia, András Danis moved to Austria at an early age. In 2007 he obtained a Magister degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna, with specializations in Finance and Operations Research. In addition he has worked as an undergraduate research assistant to Professor Josef Zechner and has spent an exchange semester at ESCP-EAP in Paris. András Danis speaks Hungarian, German, English and French and has completed several internships in Asset Management and Investment Banking. Currently he is in the fifth year of the PhD program and he will be available for interviews at the FMA meetings in Denver and at the AFA meetings in Chicago.

Bankruptcy and financial distress, incentive problems in financial markets, optimal capital structure.
